Delivery Charges:

Inside Dhaka: 60 BDT

Outside Dhaka: 120 BDT

* If any product is weighted more than 2 kg then it will take 50 taka more than traditional charges.

Delivery Time:

Inside Dhaka: 2-3 working days

Outside Dhaka: 3-5 working days

However, the delivery might be delayed due to some unavoidable issues which will be notified by our executives.

Return Policy

We hope you will be pleased with your purchase. Should you wish to return anything bought from us, we will be happy to return and exchange a product provided it is in a fully resalable condition. Glamours Bee is offering you a standard return and exchange policy. Before returning any item please call our team and confirm exchange.

Conditions:

In order to be eligible for a return and exchange, you have to return the product within 4 calendar days of your order has been shipped.

* After 4 days we don't accept any claim of return or exchange.

* After the 4-day period you will no longer be eligible for return and won't be able to receive an exchange.

* If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 4 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for an exchange.

* We don't accept if intact stickers, label, cap or any other thing on product has been removed or product has been used.

*Please check your product in front of delivery boy, if not we will not able to exchange if something wrong with any product.

* We only offer exchange on return, we don't provide refund.
